Taylor Swift, Heidi Klum and Selena Gomez illustrate the 1920s edge evident in current fashion trends during the 2011 American Music Awards.  Just in time for the movie remake of The Great Gatsby, the 1920s once again take over the fashion trends forecasted for spring 2012.  From flapper dresses to “page boy” hair styles and everything in between, the 1920s signifies an age of artistic expression in literature, fashion, music and more.  As we embrace the “Roaring Twenties” mindset once again, will it end with a swift economic downturn similar the former Great Depression or will we be able to turn around our country’s current economic state?  One thing is for sure, brilliant fashion trends such as these will continue to prosper and hopefully extend into the lingerie industry as well!
